Ultima Online

Ultima Online is a fantasy role-playing game set in the Ultima universe created by Richard Garriott and released on September 24, 1997, by Origin Systems. Ultima Online is heralded as being the first mainstream massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) and had a drastic impact on both game development and player community development. Ultima Online is still running after more than 20 years and is currently maintained by Broadsword Entertainment, a division of Electronic Arts.
