Responsibilities

  • Understand the people who use Clanet's history products and address questions about gamer historians.
  • While this is a consumer marketing role, you will also need to understand the multiple players in the ecosystem across gamers, streamers, news media, and traditional historians to ensure the consumer work is contextually relevant.
  • Own the full spectrum of the marketing from inbound work, product launch support to proactive marketing campaign work
  • Lead analysis and diagnosis around key opportunity areas across markets and consumer segments
  • Plan and lead successful product launches that are global in scale
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights on people using Clanet to influence product strategy and inform go-to-market plan
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver to create integrated marketing moments and a cohesive consumer narrative
  • Lead and collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels
  • Tackle complex and ambiguous problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, public affairs or public policy
  • Experience in the internet or consumer technology industry
  • Marketing experience, product announcements
  • Experience in brand work and campaign development
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or MA in Public Policy
  • Start-up experience
  • Understanding of web and mobile technologies and the industry landscape
  • Experience translating complex topics into simple and intuitive communications
